Participation at the Stuttgart Social Marketplace

On 22 June 2016 the 8th Social Marketplace took place in the Stuttgart City Hall. The idea behind this event is in generating trade-offs for mutual profit: Companies have professional know-how and material resources, which often charitable organizations are lacking. On the contrary, charitable organizations can help with voluntary workforce and can provide immaterial values. The marketplace represents a forum to arrange cooperations.

Major donation for our school project

Every Christmas the Thieme publishing group chooses several initiatives from the health sector or from the Stuttgart area to support them with a donation. This year – among others – our association was selected.

Thieme supports the building of a school in Tsikudokope with 2.500,-€.

Thanks to that, and all donations collected so far included, the grounding of the school is now funded. Together with our local partners in Ghana we now concentrate on getting the works started in the beginning of 2016. Find out more soon.
